Holiday schedule changes

When a holiday falls in your collection week, there is no pickup on the holiday and every remaining day that week shifts forward by 1 day. Friday collection moves to Saturday. Columbus observes 11 collection-affecting holidays, which is not the same list as the federal calendar. A holiday landing on a weekend is observed on the nearest weekday, so it still moves that week. Bulk and large item pickup in Columbus
